Bosch Rexroth is seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative to manage the sales fulfillment process, optimize customer experience, and work with internal departments and external plants to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English and French)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• 2+ years experience in a similar customer service position
• Product knowledge or industry experience preferred
• SAP experience is an asset
• Strong MS Office experience required (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
