Role Overview

The Brand Manager is responsible for clarifying, shaping, and growing product franchises within the Bose portfolio. They lead the marketing strategy for new product launches, influence new product innovation, and ensure their work advances the overall Bose brand and its objectives.

What You Will Do

The Brand Manager will define the marketing vision and story for product franchises and new product launches, bringing a strong point of view and sense of ownership to make and influence decisions that strengthen the franchise’s coherence, distinctiveness, and long-term brand and commercial value.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or a related discipline, and will be able to translate consumer, cultural, category, competitive, and business inputs into clear franchise strategies, positioning, consumer propositions, and go-to-market plans.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, brand strategy, integrated marketing, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience owning or helping lead a brand, product franchise, or category portfolio
  • Strong strategic marketing capability
  • Deep consumer orientation
  • Strong positioning and storytelling skills
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills
