Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented Senior Sales Operations Analyst to help drive operational excellence across our commercial organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex business problems with data, and is passionate about leveraging technology to improve processes and enable sales success.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include calculating and assigning annual and periodic quota for field sales representatives, analyzing sales performance and key business metrics, developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytical tools, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, data science, economics, information systems, data analytics or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales operations, business analytics, commercial operations or a related analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or similar platforms.
- Experience interpreting large datasets and communicating meaningful business insights.
- Experience improving business processes through automation, technology adoption or digital transformation initiatives.
Benefits
- Minimum Salary: $89200
- Maximum Salary: $169500
- Variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements)
