Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and technology-forward Senior Sales Operations Analyst to help drive operational excellence and digital innovation across our commercial organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex business problems with data, and is passionate about leveraging analytics, automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and emerging technologies to improve processes and enable sales success.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include calculating and assigning annual and periodic quotas for field sales representatives, analyzing sales performance and key business metrics, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, applying AI and automation to Sales Operations workflows, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, data science, economics, information systems, data analytics or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales operations, business analytics, commercial operations or a related analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Experience working with large datasets to identify patterns and trends and translate findings into business recommendations.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools, generative AI, AI assistants or copilots, automation platforms, advanced analytics, or low-code/no-code technologies in a business environment.
  • Knowledge of data quality, governance and validation principles, including evaluating outputs generated by automated or AI-enabled solutions.

Benefits

  • Minimum Salary: $89200
  • Maximum Salary: $169500
  • Variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
  • Annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
