Business Development Representative

Role Overview

As an Outbound Business Representative, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers and nurturing relationships with both new clients and our existing customer base. You will collaborate closely with our Mid-Market, Enterprise Account Executive Team, and Marketing Teams to generate qualified sales leads, schedule meetings, and create new business opportunities.

What You Will Do

Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Mid-Market or Enterprise Account Executives using Box’s qualification criteria, initiate exploratory conversations with key decision-makers at targeted accounts, create strategic target account lists within a defined territory based on research, and connect with potential clients through initial outreach via phone and email.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required, but you must have the ambition and desire to grow and advance in a sales career
  • Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual with a positive attitude
