Head of Product Ops

Role Overview

The Head of Product Ops will run the engine room of the Brazil entity, responsible for every Pix, settlement, and BaaS integration on a platform that settles 98% of flows in under an hour.

The role combines product, operations, and partnerships, shaping how the product works in Brazil, not just keeping it running. Key responsibilities include asset segregation, BaaS and banking partner relationships, operational execution, customer protection, and product adaptation to local rails and regulation.

Requirements

• Brazilian resident with an unblemished reputation
• 7+ years in payment operations, BaaS management, or crypto/FX operations in Brazil
• Hands-on ownership of Pix/SPI operations, settlement and balance reconciliation
• Experience managing banking or BaaS partners and their API integrations under SLA
• Working knowledge of BCB Res. 520 asset segregation rules
• Fluent Portuguese and English
