As a Product Operations Associate, you will serve as the operational partner within a technical product domain, developing deep subject matter expertise and owning the operational readiness of initiatives from early access through GA.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in program management, product operations, business operations, consulting, or a related field
- Experience participating in or managing cross-functional projects and process improvements
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, and operational teams
- Proficiency in defining, interpreting, and communicating key metrics that drive business success
- Experience establishing and maintaining structured operating frameworks, including product launches throughout the lifecycle
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical material to both internal and customer-facing audiences
- High ownership mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage data with a high degree of accuracy
- Self-motivated with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with tools such as Snowflake, Looker, Jira, or similar data and workflow platforms
