Role Overview
BrightEdge is looking for a Senior Analyst of Revenue Operations to help optimize and scale their go-to-market engine. The role involves evaluating current operational workflows, pinpointing bottlenecks, and driving tangible improvements. The ideal candidate has a background in management consulting, strategy & operations, or business operations and can bring their analytical rigor, process-mapping skills, and executive communication to a high-growth SaaS organization.
What You Will Do
As a Senior Analyst, you will evaluate current operational workflows, pinpoint bottlenecks, and drive tangible improvements. You will also partner directly with Sales and Customer Success Leadership and executive stakeholders, translate complex operational data and workflow challenges into clear recommendations and actionable roadmaps, and own bookings, upsell and renewal (CRR) forecasting end to end.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, or business/revenue/sales operations
- Proven ability to break down complex business problems, map operational workflows, and design pragmatic, scalable solutions
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual presentation skills
- Strong quantitative analysis skills across Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce reports and dashboards, AI tools, and/or modern BI platforms
- Strong Salesforce Acumen: Practical experience or strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce administration, objects, fields, and automation
- Project Management Rigor: Strong organizational habits with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, drive cross-functional alignment, and see initiatives through to completion
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or any related field
