The role involves analyzing payment failures, successes, and cost drivers, partnering with Data Science, and helping Engineering and Product make smarter decisions. The ideal candidate has sharp analytical instincts, real payments domain knowledge, and ownership mentality.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in payments analytics, payment operations, or a closely related role in fintech, banking, or financial services
- Advanced SQL skills
- Strong working knowledge of ACH, card networks, and payment processing mechanics
- Experience partnering with or supporting Data Science teams
- Sharp investigative instincts
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
