Senior Analytics Engineer

Brigit is a financial health platform helping everyday Americans build financial resilience. The Senior Analytics Engineer will own the analytics layer end-to-end, including dbt models, orchestration, documentation, and metric definitions. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility IC role.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a closely related role
  • Strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals with opinions about mart layer architecture
  • Experience with Snowflake (or comparable cloud warehouse) in a production context
  • Comfort owning orchestration tooling (Airflow, dbt Cloud, or equivalent)
  • A track record of building durable documentation that actually gets used
  • Strong communication skills across both technical and business audiences
  • Curiosity and drive to explore and integrate new tools in a rapidly evolving landscape
  • Ownership mindset and a bias for action
