We are hiring an Associate Product Manager, Digital Operations to automate and build processes for scalability and growth. As the Associate Product Manager for the Digital Operations team, you will be responsible for creating workflows, configuring back-end Shopify integrations, and writing requirements and communicating directly with internal teams and contracted developers. You should be proactive, innovative, and able to identify areas for process improvement and offer solutions to enhance procedural efficiencies.
Requirements
- Gather and document business requirements
- Design tailored solutions that address complex business needs
- Own and maintain integrations with back-end systems
- Monitor and analyze Shopify errors and performance issues
- Provide ongoing support for seamless user experiences and effective use of Shopify solutions
- Analyze and optimize business workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand pain points and recommend best practices for process enhancements
- Develop and update Process Flows and accompanying documentation for business processes, requirements, and technical workflows
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proper system utilization
- Create and execute test plans to ensure the functionality, performance, and quality of digital operations solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise to minimize disruption
- Lead project scoping, scheduling, and execution, including UAT and production release
