Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an Executive Director, Finance – GPS Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) & Functional Business Partnering to lead all FP&A activities supporting Global Product Supply (GPS) and serve as a strategic finance partner to senior GPS leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles supporting manufacturing and supply chain organizations.
- Deep expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic business partnership within the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success driving transformation and results in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
