Requirements
- Deep product knowledge and disease domain knowledge
- Achieving or exceeding regional targets
- Executing market manager-defined market strategies, identifying and working with target HCPs, and achieving promotional plans
- Understanding key HCPs in the region and responsible area
- Updating customer data
- Coordinating local in-house meetings
- Providing timely updates on HCP information and visiting according to plans
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding client medical needs
- Achieving and maintaining company requirements for visit rates, knowledge levels, behavior, and personal image
- Regularly reporting visit situations in the ETMS system
- Providing accurate reports and contacting direct supervisors as required
- Providing information on BMS promotional material effectiveness to direct supervisors
- Developing and improving professional knowledge through training, meetings, and medical literature
- Sharing knowledge and experiences with team members
