Senior Manager I, FP&A COE and Above Site, PDS Finance

The Senior Manager I, FP&A COE and Above Site for BMS will be a highly collaborative Finance business partner, overseeing and supporting execution of FP&A activities for FP&A COE and Above Site sub tower within the GPS organization in BMS’s Hyderabad Hub. The exceptional leader will act as a “player-coach,” demonstrating expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling, with a deep understanding of the manufacturing setup in pharma industry, trends, forecasting, and industry dynamics.

• Outstanding ability to forge strong partnerships with fellow Hub team members and in-market Finance colleagues
• Open communication and cooperation to ensure the FP&A Hub in Hyderabad remains an integral part of the local FP&A teams
• Act as a key liaison between finance and other business units ensuring alignment with overall goals and driving performance improvements
