The Sr. Manager, Analytics Operations – Transition Services is accountable for establishing and running a standardized project-to-operations transition capability for Analytics & AI products. This role partners with development/product teams and operations teams to ensure solutions are operationally ready, align to pre-defined architecture and development standards, and can be supported at scale through documentation, training, monitoring, alerting, and structured hypercare.
