Role Overview
The Sr. Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Alberta Homes annual marketing strategy and budget, leading integrated campaigns and initiatives that drive lead generation, conversion, sales performance, customer experience, and overall business results.
What You Will Do
Accountable for the development, execution, and management of the annual strategic marketing plan and budget, leading integrated omni-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and driving an integrated customer journey strategy.

Requirements
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
- Management or leadership training
- 7+ years of experience in marketing with a solid understanding of the real estate and new home industry
- Previous experience in Home Building, Real Estate marketing is an asset
- Experience in CRM preferably in Sales Force & Hubspot
- Digital acumen including CMS experience
- Previous team and project management or leadership experience
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a natural curiosity and drive for new challenges
- A positive people leader who strives for team performance and motivates team and maintains a highly engaged team
