Associate Account Manager

Brown & Brown is seeking an Associate Account Manager to join our growing team in Honolulu, HI. The Account Manager supports and assists the team in providing service for customer accounts and transactions, directly in support of the production and retention of business.

Requirements

• Proficient with Agency Management System
• Understand main coverage lines and products
• Valid Hawaii Insurance Producer License – Property & Casualty
• High school diploma or equivalent
• College degree or equivalent work experience (Preferred)
• 2+ years professional office/insurance experience (Preferred)
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Exceptional communication (written & verbal) with internal and external individuals
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and ethical conduct
• Ability to maintain professional office etiquette and appearance
