Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will be a critical member of the Technology Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, providing financial analysis, planning, forecasting, and insights to support business decisions.
What You Will Do
Support the Senior Financial Analyst in reviewing Workday Financial reports, analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and perform variance analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related field
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
