Senior Financial Analyst

Brown & Brown is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to assist the FP&A team in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, ad hoc analysis, and operational initiatives. The role will involve data analytics, metrics optimization, and implementation of new policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Mentor and train financial analysts
• Work closely with the Director of FP&A in financial planning & analysis and decision support functions
• Analyze and track results relating to year-on-year growth, profitability, and performance to budget and forecast
• Partner with office leaders to enhance financial analysis of the business
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with office leaders, Senior Financial Analysts, and operational teams
