Role Overview
The Head of BBIO Marketing defines and executes the marketing strategy for a significant BioSpin business or product division, shaping medium- to long-term growth priorities with high autonomy. The role applies modern, data-driven and innovative marketing approaches across positioning, demand generation, portfolio marketing and sales enablement to strengthen market presence, customer relevance, pipeline growth and New Order Bookings.
What You Will Do
Lead Generation, Demand Generation and Funnel Performance, Digital, Data and AI-Enabled Marketing, Marketing Strategy and Business Ownership, Integrated Go-to-Market Planning, Campaign Marketing, Global-to-Regional Marketing Orchestration, Commercial Enablement and Sales Partnership, Performance Management and KPI Governance, Organization, Talent and Capability Development, Budget, Resource and Investment Prioritization, Customer, Market and Competitive Intelligence, Innovation, Continuous Improvement and Responsible Governance.
