Bruker is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to build and maintain strategic partnerships, drive sales targets, and maximize customer satisfaction in the Japanese market.
Requirements
- Achieving sales targets (quotas)
- Providing help for acquiring new customers in collaboration with marcom team and inside sales team
- Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing customers
- Quotation, contract negotiation and closing
- Recording activities in the CRM system and creating accurate order forecasts
- Achieving order intake through teamwork in collaboration with customer support and the applications team
