Product Operations Consultant

The Product Operations Consultant will drive governance, operational excellence and cross-functional alignment across the product and technology teams, and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Identify, understand, and develop ongoing key personas for product areas
• Determine and analyze KPIs at a product level
• Conduct secondary market research
• Develop and implement operational processes that enhance team efficiency and product delivery
• Partner with leadership to establish program management operations
• Facilitate the flow of information between product leadership and operational teams
• Recommend and implement action plans to address operational challenges and improve outcomes
• Create compelling presentations and narratives that communicate strategy, progress, and impact to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
