Role Overview
The Operations Finance team is responsible for financial analysis, budget preparation, financial control, forecasting, reporting, and evaluating alternative financial plans. The Senior Financial Analyst will report to the Director of Operations Finance and play a key role in supporting the organization’s financial planning and decision-making processes.
What You Will Do
Support financial performance reporting and budget variance analysis, translate complex findings into clear narratives, lead process improvements, and work with cross-functional partners to achieve department and organization objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting
