CRM Analyst Full (Operations) – Marketing Cloud

Role Overview

We are looking for a CRM Analyst Full with technical vision to act in the BTG operation, transforming business directions into tactical executions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

What You Will Do

Operate the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build audience and multichannel journeys, translate CRM strategies into tactical and operational executions, and ensure the organization and visibility of deliveries.

Requirements

• Previous experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• SQL (Query Activities) Journey Builder Automations Content Builder
• Ability to translate business needs into CRM operational executions
• Experience with organizing demands in tools like Azure DevOps (or similar)
• Good communication for direct interaction with business stakeholders
• Organized profile, with autonomy for prioritization and activity management
