Senior People Operations and Programs Partner

We are looking for a Senior People Operations and Programs Partner to join our People team at Bubble. As a senior People practitioner, you will be responsible for building and scaling people programs, improving systems and workflows, and partnering with leadership to shape culture and design programs that help every Bubbler do their best work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, or a related function, ideally at a fast-moving, high-iteration environment or startup
• Proven track record of building and scaling people programs
• Strong change management instincts
• Deep comfort with technology, automation, and AI-powered tooling
• Experience owning People systems and data, with strong judgment around process design, reporting, and operational integrity
