Part Time Sales Lead

Role Overview

The Sales Lead is a role model Bear Builder with additional responsibilities as a Floor Leader on Duty, providing direction to Bear Builders and achieving store sales goals. When not designated as the Floor Leader, the Sales Lead functions as a Bear Builder.

What You Will Do

As a Floor Leader on Duty, you will provide exceptional Guest service, guide and support a team of associates, model Experience First behaviors, and provide feedback to management. As a Bear Builder, you will provide exceptional Guest service, create a warm atmosphere, and uphold operational excellence.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
