Part Time Sales Lead – Greenwood Park Mall

Role Overview

The Sales Lead is a role model Bear Builder that has been given additional responsibilities as a Floor Leader on Duty on designated shifts. During those times, the Sales Lead will provide direction to Bear Builders, modeling Experience First behaviors with a focus on achieving the store sales goals.

What You Will Do

As a Floor Leader on Duty, you will provide exceptional Guest service, guide and support a team of associates, and model Experience First behaviors. As a Bear Builder, you will provide exceptional Guest service, create a warm and inclusive atmosphere, and uphold operational excellence.
