Role Overview

The Sales Lead is a role model Bear Builder with additional responsibilities as a Floor Leader on Duty, providing direction to Bear Builders and achieving store sales goals.

What You Will Do

As a Floor Leader on Duty, you will provide exceptional Guest service, guide and support a team of associates, and model Experience First behaviors. When not designated as the Floor Leader on Duty, you will function as a Bear Builder, providing exceptional Guest service and upholding operational excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
