The Sales Lead is responsible for providing exceptional Guest service, guiding a team of associates, and achieving sales goals. When not designated as the Floor Leader on Duty, the Sales Lead functions as a Bear Builder.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift
- Lift > 25 pounds
