The Sales Lead is a role model Bear Builder who provides direction to Bear Builders, models Experience First behaviors, and achieves store sales goals. When not designated as the Floor Leader on Duty, the Sales Lead functions as a Bear Builder.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Lift > 25 pounds
