The Sales Lead is responsible for providing direction to Bear Builders, modeling Experience First behaviors, and achieving store sales goals. When not designated as the Floor Leader on Duty, the Sales Lead functions as a Bear Builder.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
