Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Construction Manager to serve as a dual-purpose leader responsible for delivering complex heavy civil infrastructure projects and contributing to the growth of Bureau Veritas’ Resident Engineering & Inspection (REI) presence across the New York market.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily field operations, contractor performance, and construction execution, while also supporting pursuit activities and helping strengthen Bureau Veritas’ positioning within the New York infrastructure market.

Requirements
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York required
- New Jersey PE license highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline
- 8+ years of progressive experience in resident engineering, construction inspection, or heavy civil project management
- Strong background in bridges, tunnels, foundations, utilities, and transportation infrastructure
- Proven experience with agency-driven infrastructure projects in New York
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and forecasting
- Experience with change orders, contract administration, and construction negotiations
- CCM, PMP, or CWI certifications strongly preferred
