Role Overview

The Marketing Operations Coordinator serves as the operational hub of the Marketing & Communications department, ensuring marketing initiatives move efficiently from request through execution.

What You Will Do

Manages the department’s marketing operations workflow, develops and maintains operational dashboards, communicates with internal and external groups, and supports administration of the department operating budget.

The ideal candidate has 6 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or a related role, and is proficient with Microsoft 365 applications, Adobe Acrobat, and project management software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Six years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, agency account management, or a related role; or an equivalent combination of education and commensurate experience.
