We’re seeking a Business Development Executive to join our International team and help us take our ambitious global plans to the next level. This role offers an incredible opportunity to work on new business accounts in the international recruitment industry and take our Germanic market to the next level, making a difference by helping companies hire more of the right people with the support of a first-class team.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German
- A strong work ethic, natural curiosity, and genuine passion for helping clients succeed
- Demonstrable negotiation skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, able to analyse and optimise campaigns
- Comfortable working toward time-driven targets with a flexible, positive attitude
