We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will strengthen our DACH Sales team, support our growth and play an active role in our company’s business development.

Requirements

  • First experiences in sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, sell effectively, and achieve results
  • Proficiency in German (required) and good knowledge of English for internal communication
  • Ability to negotiate and correspond fluently and professionally in foreign languages
  • Technical mindset, with the ability to quickly understand product specifics
  • Experience of living abroad (preferred)
  • High level of responsibility, determination, and flexibility
  • Social intelligence, empathy, and a friendly approach to communication
