The ideal candidate should have many years of sales planning, operations and sales incentive design experience working for top-notch technology companies (especially cloud-based companies) and possess solid analytical, operational and numerical skills to support future business growth.

Based in London, UK, the candidate must be willing to “roll up the sleeves” and design, build and execute multiple projects and initiatives from 0 to 1. Being adventurous, highly adaptable, and capable of navigating through ambiguities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment are key to success at BytePlus.

  • Supports Sales and Marketing teams across Europe
  • Partner the business in terms of sales planning, systems optimisation and driving operational cadences such as pipeline reviews, forecast/budgets, gap closer plans etc
  • Play a critical role in driving the Lead to Cash process
  • Design, build and run Sales Incentive Programs and Channel Partner Programs and drive business insights, measure ROI and assess risks
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and Data teams to streamline and standardize reporting needs
  • Support Marketing and Partnership team initiatives and ad hoc projects
  • Strong advocate for best practices and change management

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a quantitative field
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales operations, planning, and business partnering
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and lead-generation tools (e.g. Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Experience working with BI systems and dashboards to drive data-informed decisions
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English is required to collaborate with global partners, including Engineering teams based in Mandarin-speaking regions. These interactions include leading and participating in meetings that are conducted in Chinese as well as corresponding in chat or emails.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in BI tools and dashboard creation
  • Experience optimizing or scaling lead-generation systems and sales processes
