As the Omni and Multicultural Marketing Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping how Clorox connects with Canadian consumers and shoppers across all touchpoints. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for translating deep shopper and consumer insights into compelling, frictionless brand experiences that span the full omni-channel journey—from digital discovery to in-store conversion.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience with proven related experience leading a Shopper Marketing Team in CPG
- Proven experience in omni-channel and shopper marketing, with a strong track record of driving successful retail initiatives
- Deep understanding of shopper insights and their application in marketing strategy development
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Passion for innovation and a commitment to staying ahead of industry trends
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis
- Commercial awareness and strategic mindset
- Business qualification (BA/ MBA/ BComm) or BS with focus on Communication or Marketing or equivalent working experience
