Role Overview
The Data Analyst is responsible for creating performance measurement and operational, financial, and clinical analytics. This role produces critical information for all levels of management to understand performance at the project, department, and organizational level.
What You Will Do
Provide thought leadership, lead system and project implementations, promote data-driven decision making, and deliver data insights for management. Build, maintain, and improve analytics tools across the organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of position-related experience
- Strong technical background and advanced math and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytic skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong SQL skills, including manipulation and management of data
- Proficiency with SQL, visualization tools, enterprise data warehouse construction tools, and programming in Python or R
