Product Operations Manager

CADDi is seeking a Product Operations Manager to oversee all operations related to implementing products to customers and take responsibility for company-wide results. The successful candidate will have experience in IT system implementation, implementation consulting, business operations, or a similar role within a SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in IT system implementation, implementation consulting, business operations, or similar role within a SaaS environment
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets / Google Apps Script / SQL / Python
  • Strong analytical skills using large data sets
  • Communication: A compelling communicator able to simplify complex operational challenges for C-level audiences.
  • Experience leading functional strategies from planning to execution: Designing optimal operations for a business, not just improving efficiency, but also determining the balance between costs, revenue, and customer value
  • Adaptability: A “startup mindset”—comfortable with ambiguity and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
