The Manager of Marketing Analytics plays a leadership role in executing the Caesars Entertainment Strategic Analytics mission of providing world-class analytical support, delivering insights that drive profit, and serving as a trusted business partner to operational areas including Gaming, Marketing, Operations, and Hospitality.
Requirements
- Build productive business relationships with Senior leaders in the organization;
- Partner with marketing and loyalty program leaders to analyze direct marketing offers and customer campaigns;
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing initiatives and promotional strategies;
- Distill vast datasets into actionable insights and recommendations;
- Develop presentation materials that synthesize analyses into a format ready for senior management consumption;
- Drive discussions with senior clients and the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic projects;
- Design and deliver reporting for operating departments to provide senior leaders visibility into trends and business performance drivers;
- Use technology (e.g., SQL, R, Tableau, Google BigQuery, Python) to develop analytics and reporting tools;
- Drive training, on-boarding, and development of junior analysts in technical skills, tools & processes.
- Analyze customer segmentation trends, CRM data, and loyalty program performance to identify opportunities for optimizing marketing strategies and improving the effectiveness of customer offers;
- Serve as a key analytics partner to marketing teams by translating complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations that support more effective marketing decisions;
