Financial Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team and provide financial support to our client PANYNY’s Engineering Department’s Operations Division. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with in-depth knowledge of financial forecasting and proven experience as a successful Financial Analyst.

What You Will Do

Approve service entries in SAP, resolve invoice issues, coordinate with Comptroller and Procurement, and support system testing/updates for invoice processing.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, billing, audit, or compliance, and is an expert in SAP Financial Software and Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related
• 5+ years in accounts payable, billing, audit, or compliance
• Expert in SAP Financial Software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of invoice processes, financial controls, vendor management
• Customer service and reporting experience
• Deep understanding of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
