As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you will inspire customers with your passion for shoes and create a welcoming environment in-store. You will take on additional responsibilities, provide coaching moments for the selling behaviors behind our Customer Connection, and drive sales with purpose and determination.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
- Previous experience in retail store management or relevant management experience
- Ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operational processes
- Basic computer skills
