Part-Time Sales Lead – Famous Footwear

As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you will inspire customers to feel good about their shoe choices and create a welcoming environment in-store. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing retail operations, and being a team player.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by the store manager
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet availability requirements of the role
• Basic computer skills
