Part-Time Sales Lead – Famous Footwear

As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you will provide a best-in-class shoe store experience for every customer, inspire teammates with integrity and drive, and take accountability for your goals to achieve sales and success. You will also be responsible for managing retail operations, connecting with customers, and being a champion of our Famous culture.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by the store manager
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet availability requirements of the role
• Basic computer skills
