Famous Footwear is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to provide the best shoe store experience for every customer. The successful candidate will be passionate about creating a welcoming environment and in-store culture, taking pride in their execution, and celebrating individual and team successes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
