Part-Time Sales Lead – Famous Footwear

Famous Footwear is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to create a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers say, “I’ll take it” and are loyal to your store, our brands, and our company.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
