Part-Time Sales Lead – Famous Footwear

As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers feel a sense of Famous Feeling. You will inspire teammates with your integrity and drive, foster a culture of caring and camaraderie, and help infuse coaching moments for the selling behaviors behind our Customer Connection.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
• Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
• Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and meet physical demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
