Director, Growth Operations

Role Overview

The Director, Growth Operations will build and lead Calian’s Growth Operations function, establishing the operating framework, governance, processes, reporting, and forecasting discipline to support scalable and predictable growth across the organization.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include establishing a consistent operating rhythm, opportunity management practices, reporting standards, and performance measures across the Growth organization, improving pipeline visibility, opportunity progression, forecasting accuracy, and alignment between sales activity and financial planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Operations, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience owning forecasting, pipeline management, sales operating rhythms, and commercial performance reporting
• Strong CRM governance, reporting, analytics, and data management experience
• Experience building and implementing operational frameworks, processes, and governance models across multiple teams or business units
• Strong understanding of how Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Capture functions work together throughout the customer acquisition lifecycle
• Experience influencing stakeholders across complex matrixed organizations
• Strong communication, facilitation, change leadership, and relationship-building skills
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable processes, systems, and reporting structures
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Benefits

• Base salary of ~$160,000 to $180,000
• Short-term and long-term incentive programs
• Eligibility for a Canadian Government Level II (Secret) Security Clearance
