Business Development Executive – Fit-Out & Renovation

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to bring in high-value fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects in Dubai.

What You Will Do

Generate and close projects from property owners, businesses, brokers, and real estate companies, handle meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closing.

Build strong referral pipeline, coordinate quotations and handover with internal team.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development

Benefits

• Commission of 2.5% on sales value
• Additional bonus on quarterly minimum target of AED 1.5 million
