The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of mid-size to large strategic accounts, deliver measurable customer outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success activities support revenue, growth, and retention goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in customer success, account management or client relations
